I don't do well with being sick. I have had the flu or something now starting on Tuesday sometime in the late morning or so. I thought it was stress, or allergies or both of those, but I ended up with a fever and chills and no appetite which screams sick to me. I always have an appetite. I am on the mend now but find myself having to say, NO! I was just asked to do a painting thing in two weeks, and thought, hey I could do that. I said NO!
So here I am saying I am going to watch American Idol and glut myself on some more zone time. I have watched and slept through enough TV to make myself throw-up. Can't do much else. So good night dear friends. And if you are a Donald Trump supporter you have my sincere condolences. Let me know if you have any ideas for my watercolor class! I am always looking for new ways to inspire and teach my students.

Water Color Demonstration

I did a watercolor demonstration today at Brentwood in Elkhart. I hope that I inspired some of them to paint, if not to take classes, at least, to paint on their own. I painted a watercolor of tulips. It isn't easy to do a finished piece in an hour but it still turned out halfway well considering the time constraints. This is a little like the painting looked like.

American Ghost Stories II

For those of you who are interested in reading another ghost story book of short stories. I published American Ghost Stories II. You can get it on Amazon as a paperback or as an ebook. Now you would think that I would have my link ready to copy on here wouldn't you? I don't. So I am going to have to do that. I am hoping that I can figure out how to get it to anyone for free to review it. That means I don't want to have to send copies out and pay a ridiculous amount of money to ship it.
The sad thing is that I bought some of my own copies to sell and had a couple of really good reviews but Amazon wouldn't publish them because the books weren't bought directly from them. That is a complaint that I took up with Amazon, but then they didn't respond to it.

You may not even know that I wrote the first book of American Ghost Stories. That was back in 2012. In all honesty there are quite a few errors in it. It was my first attempt but in spite of that fact, it has actually sold pretty well. Definitely some negative reviews but then there are quite a few positive ones too. I will add that here too. I can't believe I have published 5 books including this one. I have also illustrated Mimi's Tales by Suzy Raffensperger which is a really good book for children or those who have suffered from abuse of any kind. I am wearing out so I am going to sign off and try to figure out more of how to manage this marketing aspect of writing. That is not my cup of tea or coffee either for that matter.

I am not sure that I am doing this right. The photos sure are impressive of the covers of my books aren't they? That is a joke. I am not very good at this at all. I am sorry! I would like to know how I can offer my books for free for people to give a review on Amazon but I don't know how to do it without having to mail a copy to them. Maybe there isn't a way to do it. I will post the covers on here for you. I am not good at this blogging business I am sure you can tell that by now. LOL.

I got this one, but I can't find my copy of Healing Spirits. That is a full-length novel and I really think it is good. It would be really bad if I said that I think it is really bad now wouldn't it?
I am still playing around with this, so please bear with me.
